Tim Ash Enterprises (“we,” “us,” “our”), operator of PrimalTim.com, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Quiz responses: When you take the Modern Mismatch Quiz, we collect your name, email address, and your answers, which are scored into alignment results across nine practice areas.
  • Coaching account information: If you subscribe to the Primal Wellness Coach, we associate your quiz results with your subscription and, if you opt in to text check-ins, your phone number.
  • Conversations with the Primal Wellness Coach: Messages you send to the AI coach, and its replies, are stored so your coaching conversation can continue across sessions.
  • Subscription and billing information: Payment and subscription status are processed and stored through our CRM and billing provider, GoHighLevel.
  • Communications: If you contact us directly, we keep a record of that correspondence.

How We Use Your Information

  • To personalize your Modern Mismatch Quiz results and Primal Wellness Coach conversations.
  • To send you accountability check-ins by email and/or SMS, if you opt in.
  • To manage your subscription, billing, and account status.
  • To improve our programs and respond to support requests.

How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate:

  • GoHighLevel — our CRM and billing platform, which stores your contact record, subscription status, and communication history.
  • Anthropic — the provider of the AI model that powers Primal Wellness Coach conversations. Messages you send to the coach are processed by Anthropic’s API to generate responses.
  • Google — used to administer the Modern Mismatch Quiz and store quiz results.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies & Tracking

PrimalTim.com uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site and understand how it’s used, including remembering your session on the Primal Wellness Coach and basic analytics about site traffic. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including restricting access to systems that store it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SMS Communications

Receiving SMS messages from us is entirely optional and is never required to use our Services. If you affirmatively opt in via the separate consent checkbox provided at signup, message frequency will vary based on your coaching activity and check-in schedule. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your quiz results, coaching conversation history, and account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at tim@primaltim.com. You may unsubscribe from email or SMS communications at any time using the links or instructions provided in those messages.
